This class covers fundamental tools, techniques, and methodologies that effective project managers use throughout the project management life-cycle. This course includes topics such as types of organizational structures, project plan, risk management tools, work breakdown structure, management styles, and types of authority, budget estimation, critical chain, earned value and much more. At the completion of this course you will be able to apply practical, basic, project methodologies on your job (e.g., applying the project selection process, determining clear project requirements, creating a project definition worksheet, developing a WBS and schedule, understanding the dynamics of constructing and managing a project team, and much more).
