HTECH, Inc. was founded in 1999 in Indianapolis, IN. The company started as a Project Management training company and performed with excellence with well-known clients such as Motorola, Sprint, and several departments within the Federal Government. Due to our exceptional training approach and experienced facilitators, we were requested by our clients to assist them with managing critical business and technology based projects. Over time, we began to better understand that many technology based projects were either prematurely terminated or did not accomplish the anticipated value proposition due to many factors. One of the factors included poor identification of the “real” business problem. Most business problems result from missing or broken processes. We have now expanded and perfected a delivery model that involves upfront strategic consulting to identify the high impact and high risk business issues, a value-based process improvement approach to document, measure, and control the solutions, and a unique training approach to ensure the process improvements are sustainable and value is achieved for the long term.
